Hon. Suleiman Masoud Makame is a Partner at Zanzipalms Real Estate and a prominent leader in Zanzibar's legal and public service sectors. He currently serves as the Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation, Natural Resources and Livestock of Zanzibar and is a Member of Parliament representing Pambo.
Holding an LLB from Zanzibar University and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from Mzumbe University. Hon. Makame brings extensive experience in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and institutional leadership. His professional journey includes senior roles within the Office of the President of Public Prosecutions, the Zanzibar Bureau of Standards, and the Zanzibar Revenue Authority.
